摘　　要：在加快构建社会主义和谐社会进程中,公共管理面临着公共问题凸显化、公共事件高危化、公共服务职业化的严峻挑战。为应对这一挑战,从公共管理教育的角度看,就是要善于更新教育理念,适时调整课程体系,强化公共管理实践教学,努力培养和造就一大批适应社会需求的新型公共管理人才。It is an urgent task, in building speedily the socialist harmonious society, to study the stern challenges that public administration is faced with： problems occurring quickly, public incidents more and more dangerous, public service being professionalized. It is therefore necessary for us to reform the education of public administration in the way of renewing the instructional idea, adjusting at the right time the curriculum system and intensifying practical training, so that we can bring up with our efforts in the field a new-type of talents needed in our society.
