摘　　要：面向基础教育是高师的特色和根本任务,高师要关注基础教育改革。基础教育新课程改革具有人本化、综合化、现代化、个性化、多元化的特点使高师教育面临着挑战,重构人才培养模式是高师改革的必然选择。高师教育要确立合理的发展定位,加大课程改革的力度,构建开放的教育模式以应对基础教育新课程改革的挑战。To serve for the basic education is the characteristic and primary task of the teachers college. Basic education new courses characterizes as people-centered,corn -prehensive, modern, individual and multiple, which makes it face more challenges,and reconstruct personal cultivation pattern is a must choice for its reformation. Teachers co -liege education should set a reasonable position for its development, enhance the course reformation, and construct an open education pattern, in order to meet the challenge.
