摘  要:研究了生物有机肥与控释肥配施和单施复合化肥对人参菜、紫背菜、黄秋葵几种特种蔬菜品质的影响。结果表明,生物有机肥和控释肥配施与单施复合化肥相比.特菜的可溶性糖含量提高51.6%~114.8%.维生素C含量提高4.2%~32.2%,硝酸盐含量下降9.3%~34.0%。生物有机肥与控释肥配施优于单施复合化肥,它能有效提高特种蔬菜的品质。We studied the effects of applying bioorganic fertilizer and slowly released fertilizer,chemical fertilizer separately on the quality of special vegetables. The result showed that cooperative applying could raised the soluble sugar content and Vc content, and decreased the nitrate content of special vegetables. Compared with only using chemical fertilizer, the combined use of bioorganic fertilizer and slowly released fertilizer had nicer effect on elevating the quality of several special vegetables.
