摘　　要：高职学生拥有健康的心理,不仅有利于他们在校的学习、生活,而且对今后的就业和终身都有益处。高职学生的心理困惑,在入学教育时就应引起重视,缓解他们在学习、情感、就业方面的压力。所以,心理健康教育应从学生的“心”开始引导。For students in higher vocational college, it is useful to have healthy psychology, not only for their living and learning, but for getting a job in the future and in their lives. The psychological problcms should be paid attention to when students come to high vocational college. Their education of psychological health must be from ＂mind＂ so as to ease the pressure in learning, feeling and getting a job. Meanwhile, the psychological health care should be strengthened in daily life.
