适应中国—东盟自由贸易区发展需要的信用管理人才培养的研究

摘　　要：随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立和发展,与之相适应的信用管理人才培养的必要性和紧迫性突显。信用管理专业教育、在职培训和信用管理学术研究等是信用管理人才培养的主要路径。建议将信用管理人才培养作为重要战略来实施,加大投入力度建设信用管理人才培养基地,加强交流与合作,积极推动中国与东盟各国信用信息平台的建设。With the foundation and development of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, the compatible personnel training of credit man- agement is necessary and urgent. The main approaches of the training include specialty education of credit management, on - the - job training and academic research. This paper suggests carrying out the personnel training of credit management as a significant strategy, strengthening construction of training centre, enhancing exchange and cooperation, promoting construction of information platform between China and ASEAN countries.
