摘  要:对福建省姬松茸主产区培养料镉污染状况进行调查分析与测定,研究培养料配方镉污染对子实体的效应。结果表明:培养料中镉污染程度为:过磷酸钙>干牛粪>稻草;培养料配方中镉含量随堆料、菌丝吸收而累积并富集到子实体中。配方中镉含量与子实体中的镉含量呈显著正相关;回归方程y=-4.01+94.01x1+54.32x2+679.46x3,为子实体镉总量(y)与栽培配方中稻草比例中镉含量(x1)、牛粪比例中镉含量(x2)、过磷酸钙比例中镉含量(x3)的关系,且主导因子为过磷酸钙;培养料配方中牛粪对子实体产量及氨基酸总量起重要的作用。The cadmium pollution in medium materials of main production area of Fujian Province, and the effect Agaricus Blazei Murrill was investigated and analyzed in of cadmium pollution in medium materials on fruit body was studied. The result showed that the cadmium content of CaH2 (PO4)2 was higher than that of dry cow dung, that of rice straw was the lowest. Cadmium was absorbed by mycelium and accumulated in fruit body, consequently. The content of cadmium in medium composition was positively correlated to the content cadmium in fruit body. Regulation equation (y=-4.01 + 94.01x1 + 54.32x2 + 679.46x3) indicated the relationship among cadmium content in fruit body (y) and the cadmium content of rice straw (x1), cow dung (x2), CaH2 (PO4)2 (x3) in cultivation compositions. The value of leading factor was CaH2 (PO4)2. Meanwhile, important effects of cow dung in medium materials on the yield of fruit body and the amount of amino acids, providing theoretic base for the cultivation standardization of Agaricus Blazei Murrill.
