考试舞弊现象:经济学角度的原因解析

摘　　要：考试制度是选拔人才的机制,然而舞弊却极大地影响了其作用的发挥,舞弊现象透视着一个复杂的社会问题。舞弊是交易规则扭曲的结果,具有交易成本优势,舞弊者之间的合谋和对其监督激励的不足使其根深蒂固。在剖析其经济根源的基础上,提出相应建议根除舞弊现象。The examing system is a mechanism for selecting talents, however,cheating on exams greatly affects its functions. The phenomenon of cheating on exam reflects the complex problem of society, and the paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of economics. The cheat is the distorted result of the unfair roles of transactions, and it has the superiority of transaction costs. The collusion between cheaters and the invalidation of surveillance make it rootedness. The paper advises some countermeasures to get rid of the cheat on the base of analyzing the masons.
