西部农村职业技术教育综合改革的回顾与反思

摘　　要：本文主要回顾和总结了处于我国西部经济欠发达地区的甘肃省,自20世纪80年代以来实施农村职业技术教育综合改革的演进历程、取得的成效和基本经验。通过分析认为,农村教育体制、中等教育结构是制约农村职业教育难以有较大进展的深刻原因。并在此基础上,提出了个人的建议。The paper reflected and summarized the historic evolution, effects and experience of the comprehensive innovation of rural education since the 1980s in Gansu province in the western area where economy is undeveloped. Meanwhile, the obstacle of the professional education in rural country is the institution and the structure of the junior education and some suggestions are put forward also.
