摘 要:活性氧自由基是引起生物大分子氧化损伤,导致许多疾病发生和老化的重要原因。水源污染促进疾病和老化的进程,危害人类健康,人们开始注意具有生理功能的活性水。电解功能水是通过电解方法得到的工程化水,包括酸性水、碱性水、臭氧和次氯酸溶液。本文就近年来国内外对电解碱性功能水在动物细胞机能调控及其在医疗中的最新研究做一概要性论述,并指出功能水的研发具有广阔的前景。Active oxygen species are considered to cause extensive oxidative damage to biological macromolecules, which bring about a variety of disease.s as well as aging. Since water pollution promotes the progress of diseases and aging, endangers human health. The active water with physiological function is being concerned by more and more people. Electrolyzed-functional water is process water by electrolyzed methods, inducing electrolyzed-oxidizing water, electrolyzed-alkaline water, 03, and HCIO. In this paper, recent progress of the studies on the alkaline electrolyzed-functinal water concerned with the functional regulation of animal cell and human health was summarized. It seems that the study on functional waters will have been vast prospect.
