摘　　要：关键能力培养是当今世界职业教育改革的方向。在我国职业教育中进行关键能力研究对培养适应未来经济发展的高素质劳动力具有积极意义。对关键能力的研究关键是对其内容的研究和政府在其中的作用,另外还应该弄清关键能力在职业教育中的地位。The key competency training is the objective of current educational reforms worldwide. It is particularly significant for Chinese vocational education to cultivate the qualified labor force. The focus of the competency training lies in the study of itself, role of the government, and its place in the vocational education.
