摘  要:随着医学模式的改变及人们对于医疗服务要求的增高,一个全新的理念——“基于实践的学习与提高(Practice-Based Learning and Improvement,PBLI)”由美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education,ACGME)等机构提出,并被作为美国住院医生的6项核心能力标准之一。PBLI对于医师整体素质和综合能力的提升具有重要意义,但其实施需要同医疗实践充分结合,在环境设置与整合方面对教学管理提出了较高的要求。With the change of medical model and people's increasing demand for medical care, a new concept, Practice-Based Learning and Improvement (PBLI), has been introduced by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), American Board of Medical Specialties(ABMS) and Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), and has been regarded as one of the "core competencies" for American residents. PBLI is of great importance to upgrading residents' overall quality and capability. However, it should be combined with medical practice in its implementation, and environment configuration and integration pose high requirements for teaching management.
