摘　　要：军队高校正面临从以学历教育为主向以任职教育为主的转型，在任职教育中护理专业教师应具备哪些方面的知识和能力，什么是X型护理教师，以及为了适应任职教育发展，护理师资建设应从哪些方面抓起等问题是值得进一步探讨和思考的。The objective of education is being transformed from degree-oriented to post-oriented education at military universities. What types of knowledge and capability should nursing teachers possess in post-oriented education？ What is the X-type nursing teacher？ And what measures should be taken in cultivating nursing teaching staff in order to meet the development of post-oriented education？ Thee questions are worth further exploring and thinking.
