摘　　要：研究了一类退化时滞微分系统的稳定性问题.在系统有平衡点的情况下,给出了系统指数稳定性的条件;在系统无平衡点时,给出了系统有吸收区域的充分条件.In this paper, we study the degenerate differential system with delay, and present the sufficient conditions on global exponential stability of the equilibrium. If the system does not have equilibrium, the conditions for attractivity are given to work out the set of attractions by constructing the Liapunov function and making use of the inductive method.
