摘  要:紫玉米中主要含有矢车菊色素、天竺葵色素和芍药色素,具有良好的生物生理活性。本文在紫玉米色素提取实验基础上,采用大孔吸附树脂法对其行进的精制。使用静态吸附法确定了大孔吸附树脂AB-8最适于紫玉米色素的精制。通过动态吸附性能的考察,确定采用紫玉米色素提取液吸光度在0·364×250·551×25之间,流速为24BV/h上柱。通过动态解吸性能的考察,确定采用浓度为6070%的乙醇溶液,12BV/h进行解吸。通过大孔吸附树脂,紫玉米色素得到了较好的富集和纯化。The pigment from the purple corn, mainly containing the cyanidin, the pelargonidin and the peonidin, is provided with a fine physiological activity. This paper was studied on used resin to improve the content of purple corn pigment. The result of saturated static adsorption of different types of resins showed that AB - 8 was suited to use on purple corn pigment. Through the studied of dynamic adsorption, AB - 8 had the better adsorbilities when the absorbency of purple corn pigment was between 0. 364 × 25and 0. 551 × 25, the adsorption current velocity was 2 - 4BV/h. Meanwhile, through the studied of dynamic desorption, AB -8 had the best desorbilities when the volume of 60 ~ 70% ethanol as eluant with desorption current velocity was 1~2BV/h. Purple corn pigment was greatly refined by resin.
