摘　　要：大豆皂甙是一种天然三萜烯类皂甙,由于其结构复杂,种类繁多,所以对它的分析检测有一定难度。该文主要从光谱法和色谱法对其近年来分析检测方法进行综述,且对这些方法优缺点进行简单对比,并展望大豆皂甙分析检测方法前景。The soyasaponin is a kind of crude triterpene saponin, and widely distibuted in soyabean species, At present, it is very difficult to determinate individual soyasaponins due to structural diversity and resulting wide range ofits polarities. The spectrum method and chromatographic method in determining soyasaponins arebriefly introduced in this work. In addition these methods advantages and disadvantages are shown in this paper, Finally, the further study of determination of soyasaponins is prospected.
