摘 要:目的:提高实习学生手术室的护理操作技能。方法:将2004—2005年来手术室实习的120名学生,3年制大专生62名,5年制本科生58名,随机分为对照组和观察组各60名,对照组和观察组中各大专生31名、本科生29名。对照组采用传统教学方法;观察组严格选择带教老师,根据实习大纲,遵循由浅人深、从简单到复杂的原则,制定相对应的带教计划,运用灵活多样的教学方法。结果:观察组出科前理论成绩、操作技能、学习兴趣、传递器械准确性、对授课内容和形式的满意率及总成绩等方面与对照组比较,均P〈0.01,差异有极显著性意义,教学方法得到学生的肯定与积极参与。结论:手术室改进后的教学方法有助于提高教学质量,提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的动手能力。使学生了解护理程序在手术室的应用,加强了学生良好心理素质的培养。Objective: To increase intern student' s nursing procedure skills in the operation room practice. Methods : From 2004 to 2005,120 intern students including 62 of three year and 58 of tlve year postgraduate were divided to control group and observing group randomized. The control group was taught with traditional teaching method; the observing group with improvement method including chose teacher strictly, make teaching plan corresponding with practice guideline, adopt active and variety teaching way. Results: the theory and total exam scores of observing group in the end of operation practice as procedure manipulation skills, learning interesting, delivering instruments accuracy and satisfied for content and form of lecture,were higher than control group. P 〈 0.01 ,there was statistical significance compared with control group. Conclusions:The improved method could increase quality of teaching, interesting of learning and handing skill of students.
