摘 要:目的探讨提高本科护生科研能力的教育方法。方法以2000级39名学生为对照组,2001级41名学生为实验组,实验组采用成立导师科研管理小组,全程督导管理学生进行科研能力训练,专业导师全程跟踪,加强护理科研意识教育。结果实验组毕业论文成绩评定高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程督导管理能有效地提高本科护生的科研能力。Objective To explore the educational methods of improving research ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods 39 nursing undergraduates in grade 2000 were regarded as control group and 41 nursing undergraduates in grade 2001 were regarded as experimental group. In experimental group, supervisor management groups were established to supervise and manage the training of students' scientific research ability, and the professional supervisors followed in supervision and offered further education on scientific research consciousness. Results The result of graduate thesis of experimental group was better than that of control group (x^2 = 6.47, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The whole course supervision management can improve scientific research ability of the nursing undergraduates effectively.
