民办学校制度创新乏力的原因及对策

摘　　要：制度创新是民办学校发展的关键因素,由于教育传统的影响、行为主体自身利益的考虑及缺乏行为主体制度创新的制度保证,民办学校制度创新乏力。通过依法完善董事会制度、教职工代表大会制度,建构民办学校独特的文化,将民办学校的经营风险纳入保险系列等措施来推动民办学校的制度创新。Bringing forth new ideas in the institution are the key factor in the development of people-run schools. Being the influence of educational tradition, the thoughts of interests about themselves, the lack of guarantee of bringing forth new ideas in institution, people-run schools lack of impetus to bring forth new ideas in institution. By the meaanres of perfecting, in accordance with the law, the institutions of board of directors and the representative meeting of tesching and administrative staff, constructing the culture of the people-run schools, putting the running risks of people-run schools into insurance, to promote the new ideas in institutions of people-run schools.
