摘　　要：公正与平等的民主理念是全纳教育的伦理基础。以全纳教育的视角审视我国当前的教育,可以发现其中存在许多不均等的现象。深入理解并切实推进全纳教育,是追寻真正的教育机会均等、推进教育民主化的应然选择。The democratic concept of fairness and equality is inclusive education＇s ethical foundation of inclusive education. Examined our current education in the angle of view with inclusive education,however,some unequal appearances of educational opportunities exist. In order to pursue equality of the educational opportunities and push on the educational democratization of our country,we should thoroughly understand and feasibly promote inclusive education.
