护理教学中应用跟踪式教学法的探讨

摘  要:目的:为了加强护理教育管理,提高教学质量。方法:随机将护理大专班学生64人分为观察组和对照组各32人。对照组采用常规教学法进行外科护理学的教学,观察组采用联合跟踪式教学法开展教学工作。结果:观察组的3项考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组,两组比较,p<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:联合跟踪式教学法可以全程掌握护生的学习状态,有效避免了理论与临床脱节的现象,达到教学相长,提高教学质量的目的。Objectives:To strengthen nursing education management and to improve the quality of nursing education.Methods:Sixty junior college nursing students were randomly divided into two groups(32 students per group).The control group was taught by traditional method in Surgical Nursing.The experiment group was taught by Following-Up Teaching.Results:The scores of the experiment group in three examinations were significaltly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The using of Following-Up Teaching could master toe sutdy status of students during the whole teaching period,which could avoid the sparating of theory and clinical practice effectively.The new method could benefit teachers as well as students and improve the quality of nursing education.
