摘　　要：信息化社会提升了高校图书馆员的社会地位,网络环境为图书馆员提供了施展才华的机会。新时期,高校图书馆员将实现由传统馆员向教育馆员、知识馆员、咨询馆员和网络馆员的角色转换。Librarians in university library play an important role in the information society and have the opportunity to display their talents under Intemet environment. The roles transfer from traditional to knowledge, reference and Network ones will be realized in the modem time.
