摘　　要：实践教学差异化教学主要是根据学生的个性、能力和兴趣,进行差异化分层教学和差异化组合教学,在实践教学方法、教学内容等诸多方面进行了改革,最终培养出能发挥自身专长、动手能力强且能适应需求的高素质、高技能型职业技术人才。Variation teaching is according to students＂ individuality, to carry out variation lamination teaching and the variation combination teaching ability and interest in the practice teaching. It reforms on the practice teaching method and course content in order to cultivate talented-persons with occupation technique, who can then display their own specialty, have the practical ability and adapt to social demands.
