默会知识理论及其在数学新课程下的应用

摘　　要：通过对默会知识理论的简要阐述,结合冰山模型对明确知识和默会知识进行直观的理解;并结合教学案例进行分析,论述默会知识理论对学生学习和教师教学的启示,从中提炼出几个主要观点。The paper briefly explains the Tacit Knowledge Theory and explicit knowledge based on the Iceberg Model. Then this paper discusses the revelation from the theory in practical teaching and learning together with real cases and finally they summarize several viewpoints from it.
