摘  要:为了求解环形超声波电机的复杂模型,预测并分析其动态特性,提出用ANSYS 8.0构造电机的振动和摩擦模型。通过特征参数的计算,将其等效为简单的电路;经导纳-频率特性的动态仿真,可实现机械与电学特性的有机融合;既便于设计参数的优化和性能分析,又满足了工程上的精度和效率要求。经实验和产品开发检验,其研发工作量约为传统方式的1/2,而特征参数的设计误差却低于3%。To predict or analyze the dynamic feature of traveling wave ultrasonic motor and solve its complex model, ANSYS 8.0 is applied to construct its model of vibration and friction with cell dividing in this paper. By computing its specific parameters, a simple electric circuit can be converted. The mechanical and electrical features will be well combined after modeling its admittance frequency characteristics. It can easily optimize design parameters and analyze characteristics with enough engineering precision and efficiency. Its developing work is about half of traditional way's tested by practical experiment and product design, and its design error of characteristics is lower than 3 percent.
