摘　　要：体育素质是素质教育的重要内容,体育教学是素质教育的重要手段。体育教学对于提高学生体育素质、促进学生智力开发、提高学习效率、培养学生思想道德素质和审美素质具有重要的作用。Physical quality is the important content of diathesis education, Physical teaching is the important method of diathesis education. This text main expounds the action of physical teaching for improving study efficiency training the morality quality of students and aesthetic judgment and poses physical teaching is the basic way of implementing diathesis education .
