反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中香兰素、乙基麦芽酚的含量

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中香兰素、乙基麦芽酚。通过50%乙醇提取出来后,用热电公司GoldenC18柱(4.6i.d×250mm,5μm),甲醇∶水∶乙酸20∶80∶0.5(v/v)为流动相进行洗脱分离,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为278nm。香兰素和乙基麦芽酚的线性范围分别为1.13～226mg/L和1.025～205mg/L,平均回收率分别为99.2%和101%,相对标准偏差分别为1.0%和1.2%。该方法具有操作简便,结果准确等优点。The contents of vanillin and ethyl maltol in food are determined by RP-HPLC in this paper. They are extracted by 50% alcohol, and detected at 278nm after separated on Golden C18 column. The mobile phase is methanol-water-acetum（20：80：0.5,v/v）, and flow rate is 1.0mL/min. The linear range is 1.13-226mg/L for vanillin, 1.025-205mg/L for ethyl maltol. The average recoveries are 99.2% and 101%,and RSD is 1.0% and 1.2% respectively. This method is simple, accurate.
