三江源地区县域经济发展与生态建设互动研究

摘　　要：三江源地区是国家级生态功能重点保护区域,更是西北地区实现山川秀美的重要保证。源区的生态建设、环境保护和经济发展是事关我国乃至东南亚地区的可持续发展的大事。鉴于此,本文立足三江源地区实际情况,遴选了16县经济发展的21项指标以综合考评本区的经济综合发展,并通过分析本区县域经济发展中存在的问题和生态问题,结合本区实际,提出了源区县域经济发展与生态建设的互动措施。旨在通过文中互动措施的提出获得本区经济快速发展、生态良性循环的双赢效益。The source area of Three Rivers is our county＇ s key ecological protection region, and it is very important guarantee to ecological reconstruction of western region. This area＇s ecological construction and economical development are critical to our country＇s and southeast Asia＇s sustainable development. In the view of this, the authors chose 21 indexes about 16 counties＇ economical development to research the economical development synthetically. By linking the analyzing about the relative ecological and economical problems which existed in this area with the factual status in this area, the authors put forward some new interactive measures on development of economy and ecology , consequently, by which acquire reciprocally - benefiting about the development of economy and ecology.
