摘　　要：文章分析了网络文化帝国主义的起源与成因;论述了网络文化帝国主义的主要表现形态;提出了网络文化帝国主义对民族文化伦理发展、网络伦理建设等方面的影响及相应的对策。Analyzing the origins and causes of cultural imperialism of the internet; Discoursing upon some important embodiments of cultural imperialism of the internet; Proposing a series of consequences which cultural imperialism of the intemet brings about on the development of the native cultural ethics, web ethical construction etc. and the corresponding strategies.
