摘　　要：高新技术特别是机电技术的迅猛发展给机电类本科实践性课程的内涵和结构注入了新的内容,给重新全面认识教育教学质量提供了契机.阐述了新教学质量观的内涵,指出建立并完善教学质量评价体系是提高教学质量的一个重要途径,并针对专业实践课程,设计了一种教学质量评价体系.The rapid development of high tech, especially the technology of mechanism and engineering, has given some new content into the content and structure of the practical course of mechanism and engineering specialty. This provides a way to have an all-around cognition of education quality. This paper expatiates on the connotations of new outlook on teaching quality, points out that it is an important way to perfect the cultivation so as to enhance the education quality, and designs a system of evaluating education quality in terms of specialized practice courses.
