摘　　要：通过不同类型(学制)专业人才培养目标定位和培养模式的分析比较,围绕汽车运用与维修专业技能型紧缺人才培养工程实施,对高职教育二年制人才培养目标定位与培养模式进行了研究和实践探索。Through analyzing and comparing different training orientations and patterns of the professional talented persons, research and practice on orientation and training patterns of 2 - year system have been conducted on the implementation of the scarce talented persons education project.
