沸石-壳聚糖吸附剂对保健食醋的澄清作用

摘　　要：根据天然沸石可以吸附阳离子,壳聚糖在酸性溶液中带有正电荷的特性,将80目天然沸石与90%脱乙酰度壳聚糖的0.5%醋酸溶液按1∶1.2质量比混合制成固体吸附剂,用其处理保健食醋。最佳工艺参数是:吸附剂添加量1.5%,作用时间6min,作用温度为室温;得到黑紫色、透明的高档保健食醋,且放置6个月无沉淀。产生的滤泥作为农田肥料和动物饲料添加剂,对环境无污染。A solid adsorbent was made from natural zeolite and chitosan which can be used to treat healthy vinegar. 80 mesh natural zeolite was added into chitosan slurry of 90% the degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent with a mass ratio of 1：1.2. The optimal operation conditions are：the absorbent amount of 1.5g/100mL, agitation time 6 min at room temperature and the vinegar was easily filtered and had a high-quality with amber color and transparence. The healthy vinegar product could be stored for 6 months without any sedimentation problem.The filtrate slurry can be used for fertilizer and feed additive without environmental pollution.
