摘　　要：随着科技的发展,网络教学已成为大学英语教学的重要模式之一。本论文阐述了网络教学模式下大学英语授课教师角色的转换,分别转换为知识的指导者、组织者、教学的参与者和学生的咨询者、学生的良师益友、学生的监督者和促进者。With the development of the science and technology, online course teaching has heen one of the most important patterns of the college English teaching. This paper discusses the changing roles during the course of online college English. Teachers have played the roles of guider, organizer, participant, consulter, friend, monitor and helper.
