摘 要:报导用聚丙烯酰胺固定化酵母菌细胞去除Cd2+的研究。用化学和电镜分析法研究了去除和解吸回收Cd2+的最佳条件及去除机理,并推荐了去除电镀废水中Cd2+的工艺流程。结果表明:在pH9,Cd2+浓度为1~400mg/L,反应1h,固定化细胞对Cd2+的去除率98.9%;未固定化细胞为37.6%。分别用0.1MHCI和0.1MEDTA解吸,Cd2+的回收率为88.5%和87.6%。酵母菌对Cd2+的累积作用主要是胞外器官的表面吸附,并伴有络合、螯合及絮凝作用。本法可用于电镀含Cd2+的废水的治理。The removal of Cd2+ by Kloeckera apiculata Strains immobilized with polyactylamide have been studied.Inculded are the studies aimed at elucidating the basic mechanism and the optimum conditions of Cd2+ removal and desorption recovery with analytical methods of chemical and electron microscope.The process showed that 98.9% of Cd2+ could be removed by the immobilized cells at pH9,Cd2+ from 1 to 400mg/L,reaction 1h,but free cells only 37.6%.The recovery of Cd2+ was 88.5% and 87.6% by 0.1M HCI and 0.1M EDTA respectively.The sorption mechanism was mainly due to the sorption of cells wall and flocculation were also observed.
