摘　　要：基于问题式学习(PBL)是一种以学生为中心的教学模式,有利于学生学习能力、创新能力和实践能力的培养。这种教学模式已在欧美高等医学教育中广泛使用。本文就我国预防医学教学改革中推行PBL教学模式的必要性以及应用前景等进行分析,以期对我国预防医学教学改革起到借鉴作用。PBL is a student-centered teaching mode, which is good for students＇ ability to learn, innovate and practice. PBL is widely used in higher medical education in the Occident. This paper analyzes the necessity and prospect of leading PBL into preventive medical teaching reform. Hopefully it will be helpful to facilitating the development of PBL reform.
