摘  要:研究了槲皮素、芦丁标准品和山楂、槐米、沙棘茎皮对超氧自由基的清除作用,建立了用荧光法测定三种黄酮类物质对超氧自由基清除作用的新方法。以邻苯三酚碱性条件下(pH=8.18的缓冲溶液)的自氧化为超氧自由基的产生体系,黄酮类物质与A(lⅢ)形成络合物,以络合物在与O2-.反应前后荧光强度的变化幅度作为检测其清除活力的指标。猝灭率=([If1-If2)/If1]×100%,用猝灭率为50%时所对应的粗品浓度值(IC50)来比较其清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力,结论与分光光度法测定结果一致。In this paper, through the scavenging effect of rutin and quercetin on the superoxide radical. The new method to analyze the scavenging effect of some flavonoides substance on superoxide radicals is established. Moreover, the method is used to determine the hippophaerhamnoides. The superoxide radical under the Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH=8.18). scavenging effect of hawthorn, flower bud of sophora japonica and is generated from the system in which pyrogallic acid sire-oxide Flavonoides tend to have a complexation reaction with Al(m) and form into complex compound which has strong intensity. The reduction of fluorescent intensity can be worked as an index to analyze the scavenging ability. It can be demonstrated with the formular: quenching ratio= [(If1If2)/In]×100 %. Through comparing the concentration that rural products included when the quenching ratio is 50 percent, the scavenging ability of these natural products can be determined. The result shows that these natural products can scavenge superoxide radical effectively, the ability of scavenging in turn is : the flower bud of sophora japanica〉hippophaerhamnoides〉hawthorn, the pure compound is: rutin〉quercetin. The conclusion is according to other methods, so this method is feasible.
