中国贫困地区农村婴幼儿家长营养教育活动评价

摘　　要：通过设有对照组的教育前后相比较的实验设计，了解营养教育对农村婴幼儿家长营养知识、态度和行为的影响。调查对象以母亲为主占８４．５％，共调查４３２２人，结果显示，教育后父母的营养知识水平明显提高，营养态度分在较高基础上仍有显著提高，这两项指标的变化均显著高于对照组，并与是否得到过有关婴幼儿营养方面的知识显著相关。六月龄内儿童纯母乳喂养率从６３．６％升至６７．４％，母乳喂养率在多数月龄段普遍提高，辅食添加品种数量增加，而对照组６月龄内婴儿纯母乳喂养率无明显变化，断奶月龄有提前趋势。hroughapre-testandpost-testnutritioneducationprogram,theauthorsfindouttheefectsofnutri-tioneducationonruralchildren'sparents.Thenumberofthesubjectswas4322,mostofthemweremoth-ers(84.5%).Analysisshowedasignificantincreaseinnutritionknowledgeandatitudescore,thefinalnu-tritionknowledgeandattitudescorewerealsofoundtoberelatedtotheparents'increasedexposuretothevariousnutritioneducationchannels.Thebreastfeedingrateofunder6monthsinfantsincreasedfrom63.6%to67.4%.Theconsumptionofthesupplementaryfoodsalsoincreased.
