摘 要:高校体育教学目的是改善体质,促进健康。高校体育老师引导学生应把强壮的体魄作为自身的资本进行积极的锻炼,逐步养成体育锻炼习惯。当前我国大学生的部分身体素质与生理机能持续下降,主要是运动(时间和强度)不足。因此,要认真落实全体学生每天1小时的体育活动,加强课外体育活动的组织和指导,充分发挥课堂教学对课外体育的辐射作用,强调课内外相结合,以提高体育课程教学对增进学生身体健康的综合效果,促进大学生体育生活方式的形成。The purpose of physical education is aimed at improving physical fitness and health. Physical education teachers should point out that a strong body is essential to everyone and they should gradually raise the habit of exercising regularly. Currently, some physical fitness and physiological function of our college students continually decrease. The main reason is the less exercise time and low intensity. Therefore, exercise for one hour per day should be strictly carried out. The guide and organization for sports activity after class should be strengthened. The combination of in-class teaching and after-class activities must also be emphasized. The main purpose was to promote the comprehensive effect of students' physical and psychological health and help them to form a habit of taking regular exercise.
