摘　　要：介绍了一种高营养、风味佳的花生乳的生产工艺过程,确定了花生乳的最佳生产工艺条件及乳化剂和稳定剂的配方。This paper introduces the processes of the production of a certain peanut-milk with higher nutrition and better taste, and determines the optimum production conditions of the peanut-milk and the recipe of the emulsifier and stabilizer.
