摘  要:20世纪90年代以来,各国教师专业发展的理论取向逐渐转向实践—反思取向,而我国的师范教育一直秉承理智主义取向,固守着远离实践的封闭式培养模式。我们应该顺应国际教师教育改革的潮流,坚持实践取向的教师教育理念,构建新的职前教师培养模式。教师成长协作团就是这样一种适时所需的职前教师培养平台,它以认知学徒制为基本形式,以大学教师、小学教师与大学生合作互动为内在机制,为职前教师获取实践性知识提供了习得途径,其根本目的在于促进职前教师的专业成长。Since the 1990s, the theoretical orientation of the teacher's professional development has gradually been shifted to practical-reflective orientation all over the world. But in China teacher's education still persists in intellectual orientation, and still sticks with the mocle of the dosed training far from the practice under the banner of teacher education. We should comply with the international trend of the teacher's education reform, adhere to the idea of practice- oriented teacher's education, and 0onstruct the mode of pre- service teacher's training. The collaboration team for teacher growth is such a platform of pre- service teacher's training which regards cognitive apprenticeship system as a basic form and the co-operation and interaction among university teachers, primary school teachers and university students as internal mechanism and provides pre-service teachers with acquisition approach of acquiring practical knowledge and whose basic purpose is to facilitate the professional growth of the pre- service teachers.
