摘  要:目的观察大蒜与食醋及其复方消毒液对副溶血性弧菌的杀灭效果及影响因素。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验研究。结果用大蒜原液对副溶血性弧菌作用30 m in,杀灭率为100%;食醋原液对副溶血性弧菌作用5 m in、体积分数50%食醋作用15 m in,杀灭率均为100%。以体积分数为3.13%大蒜液与3.13%食醋组成的复方溶液对副溶血性弧菌作用2 m in,杀菌率亦为100%。大蒜液与食醋的杀菌效果均随温度升高逐渐增强,菌悬液中含25%以上小牛血清对大蒜液和食醋杀菌效果有一定影响。结论大蒜液与食醋单用或复方均可杀灭悬液中副溶血性弧菌,其杀菌效果受有机物影响。Objective To observe the efficacy of garlic and vinegar and their compound disinfection solution in killing Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the influencing factors. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental study. Results The stock solution of garlic with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of V. parahaemolyticus. The stock solution of vinegar with a 5 min contact time, or 50% (v/v) vinegar with a 15 min contact time killed 100% of V. parahaemolyticus. The solution composed of 3.13% (v/v) garlic solution and 3.13% vinegar with a 2 rain contact time also killed 100% of V. parahaemolyticus. The germicidal efficacy of garlic solution and vinegar was enhanced gradually with increasing temperature. Over 25% calf serum in the bacterial suspension presented certain influence on the germicidal efficacy of garlic solution and vinigar. Conclusion Garlic solution and vinegar used alone or in combination can kill V. parahaemolyticus in suspension and their germicidal efficacy is influenced by organic substance.
