摘　　要：文章借鉴美国教育认证制度的成功经验,探讨以实施机制建设为核心,逐步进行制度、文化和队伍建设,从而建构我国社会化教育认证制度的有效途径。This paper uses for the succeed experiences of educational accreditation institution in USA as reference, discusses the efficacious approaches,which builds actualizing mechanism as the core and builds the related institution, culture and teams gradually, to construct the socializing educational accreditation institution in China.
