Simulation of Road-friendliness of Heavy Lorries with Semi-active Suspension Systems Based on Groundhook Control Strategy

摘  要:针对被动悬架系统自身动态特性不可调的局限性,建立了基于地棚控制策略的重载车辆半主动悬架系统的道路友好性仿真模型,分析了无场阻尼系数、车辆行驶速度对车辆-路面动态载荷的影响。利用动态载荷系数、动态载荷应力因子2个道路友好性指标进行了评价,采用参数化分析方法分别研究了无场阻尼系数、车辆行驶速度对道路友好性的影响。研究结果表明,无场阻尼系数对车辆-路面动态载荷的平均值影响比较明显,对其标准差影响并不明显,数值上对道路友好性并无影响;提高车辆行驶速度将降低基于地棚控制策略的半主动悬架系统对道路的友好性。Considering non-adjustable dynamic performance of a passive suspension system, a simulation model of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy was designed. Road-friendliness of a semi-active suspension system was evaluated based on two typical road damage criterion respectively using Matlab/Simulink package. The results of this study showed that road-friendliness of semi-active suspension systems with groundhook control strategy was improved comparing with that of its counterpart. The influence of non-field damping coefficient on vehicle-road dynamic force was obvious, but its impact on the standard deviation of vehicle-road dynamic force or road-friendliness could be neglected. Increased traveling speed resulted in deteriorated road-friendliness of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy.
