摘　　要：面对21世纪卫生保健系统的新困境,传统的医学模式遇到很多挑战,现代医学已经形成新的模式,医学教育改革必须适应新的医学模式,以培养高素质医学人才,儿科学课程为具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材和一流教学管理而不断改革,与时俱进。Facing a transformation of society and new problems of health care system in the twenty-first century, traditional medical modals have many challenges. The new modes of modern medicine have been formed. The medical education reform must adapt new medical modes to cultivate high quality medical talents. And at the same time the course of pediatrics should be constantly innovated to construct the first class teaching staff, first-rank teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching material and teaching administration.
