隐性课程对研究型大学本科生综合素质的影响及意义

摘　　要：本科教育在研究型综合性大学中有重要地位。文章探讨了隐性课程的概念。隐性课程包括:校园文化、学习环境、师生关系、人格魅力等,认为结合专业学习进行人文教育、营造良好的教育环境,培养对社会无私奉献的高尚品德,加强隐性课程研究和人文精神教育对培养未来医师势在必行。隐性课程能提高本科生的综合素质。Undergraduate education plays an important role in research -centered comprehensive university. In this essay ,we explore the concept of hidden curriculum , which includes school culture , learning environment , student - teacher relationship , personality charm ,to integrate the education of humanities into specialty instruction , to construct good educational enviroment, to cultivate lofty charaction of humanistic spirit for future doctors are also highlighted . Hidden curriculum can improve the undergraduate comprehensive quality.
