摘　　要：高职院校如何为国家培养人才,是班主任必须考虑的问题。五年制大专班在头两年虽然是高中阶段,但已开设专业课,后三年进入大专阶段,全面学习专业课。高中阶段的班主任工作是极其重要,关系到学生健康成长和能否培养更多、更好的专业技术人才。As a teacher in charge of a class, he should consider those questions on how to run five-year classes and train talents for our country in high vocational colleges. Although the early two-year is the stage of senior middle school, some major courses have been open during it. After that, students begin the latter three-year study. The early two-year is the key period, so the job of a teacher in charge of senior middle school stage is very important. Whether it is successful or not influences students＇ growing and training.
