摘　　要：提高农村中学科学教师的学科资源整合水平是素质提升工程的重要组成部分,也是提高农村中学科学教师综合能力的一个重要方面。研究宁波市农村中学科学教师资源整合的现有水平,有助于提高培训效果,促进教学应用。To raise integration level of rural middle school science resources is of the teachers＇quality promotion project. It is also an important aspect to increase synthetic ability. To study the resources integration and current integration level in the important part science teachers＇ the rural area of Ningbo helps to improve training results and teaching application.
