摘 要:公平理论是一种研究工资分配的合理性、公平性以及对职工生产积极性产生影响的理论。当一个人做出了成绩并取得了报酬以后,他不仅关心自己所得报酬的绝对量,而且关心他人的报酬与自己的横向对比,从而产生公平感或不公平感。运用公平理论目的在于建立一种尊重教职工价值的分配机制,形成有助于形成群体内聚力和责任感的学校文化。Equity theory is a kind of theory that studies the rationality and justification of salary distribution and the influence on the enthusiasm of staff. After a person obtains his achievement and gets the reward, he will concern about not only the absolute quantity of his reward, but also compare his reward with others" and therefore yield sense of justification and non- justification. The goal of applying equity theory is to build a distribution system to respect teaching staffs value. This will help to form the group cohesion and college culture with sense of responsibility.
