摘　　要：介绍了头孢菌素发酵的工艺流程、参数测量方法、补料装置的结构和控制过程的时序分析,绘出了DCS与现场设备连接的网络结构图,对发酵过程中如何优化补料控制和基于神经网络实现补硫酸铵控制的算法进行了研究。The production processing, measurement methods of cultural parameters, structure of fed-batch equipments and time sequence analysis of control stage during cephalosporin fermentation were introduced. The network diagram of DCS linked to local equipments was drawn. The measures to optimize the control of raw material supplement in fermentation and the algorithm of ammonium sulfate supplement based on neural network were discussed.
