摘 要:针对无刷直流电机采用三相位置信号作为速度反馈造成控制精度较低的问题,提出了一种新的速度闭环控制方法.采用Buck全桥电路结构,通过控制Buck电路的输出电压,结合电机相电流正反馈补偿,实现了电机速度的闭环控制.分析了Buck电路输出电压换相脉动的原因,引入电流预测控制来预测电机换相时所需的电流,以此调整相应的给定电流来减少电压脉动.实验结果表明,采用该电压负反馈、电流正反馈方法能够有效实现电机的速度闭环控制,通过相电流预测法可以很好地消除换相期间输出电压的脉动.A new speed control strategy of brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) was proposed to resolve the low precision problem of speed feedback of BLDCM that used three-phase position signal. A cascade Buck with full-bridge circuit was introduced, and motor close-loop speed control was achieved by controlling the output voltage of Buck circuit and with motor phase current positive feedback compensation. After analyzing the reasons for output voltage ripples, the control strategy introduced the idea of phase current prediction to reduce the voltage ripples during commutation interval. The current during commutation interval was predicted and the given current was adjusted accordingly. Experimental results prove that the method of output voltage feedback and phase current positive feedback can realize close-loop speed control of BLDCM, and that the ripples of output voltage during commutation interval can be eliminated by phase current predictive control technique.
