摘　　要：本文通过对胡锦涛总书记提出的“八荣八耻”社会主义荣辱观的认识和理解,倡导高校辅导员要严以律己,把树立社会主义荣辱观作为师德修养的主要内容,成为学生树立社会主义荣辱观的引导者。Through the understanding of ＂Eight Honors and Eight Shames＂ mentioned by Hu jintao, the General Secretary of Communist Party, the author advocates the instructors should discipline themselves and be the guides of students to establish the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and they should also regard establishing the socialist concept of honor and disgrace as the important contents of cultivating the virtues of college teachers.
